Our Burnaby Warehouse
Our large Burnaby appliance warehouse is conveniently located at 8085 N Fraser Way #1 in an orange building you can’t miss. We’re located near the rear of the building, where there is ample parking available for customers picking up their new appliances. We are happy to assist you with loading your order into your vehicle - just remember to bring your own tie-downs and rope.

How It Works
Step 1:
Customers will work with an experienced sales associate at their local store to order products.
Step 2:
The sales associate will direct the customer to the Burnaby warehouse for pickup, or arrange delivery.
Step 3:
If a customer places an order online or over the phone, they may be directed to go straight to their nearest warehouse for pickup.

Absolutely. Please remember to bring a copy of your invoice and picture ID for pickup when you visit our Burnaby warehouse at 8085 North Fraser Way #1. We recommend entering through the right entrance driveway - pickups are done through shipping and receiving at the rear of the building.
Our sales associates are happy to coordinate pickup at our Burnaby warehouse when you place an order at your local store. If you shop online, you will be directed by our website.
Our Burnaby warehouse will not dispose of old appliances. Please speak directly with a local sales associate if you need to arrange for the disposal of your old appliance.
The Burnaby warehouse is open from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Saturday.
