- Delivery scheduling and advanced delivery notifications - Our customer service team will communicate with you through every step of the delivery process so you have an accurate schedule of when your delivery will arrive.
- Delivery expertise for all appliance types - Our delivery teams have industry leading expertise to manage deliveries for all appliance types efficiently and without damage.
- Appliances are unpackaged and all garbage is removed - Unpackaging appliances and recycling all garbage is included in the delivery charge.
- Extensive delivery coverage & competitive pricing - Coast has extensive delivery coverage and provides you with competitive pricing.
- Saturday deliveries and rush delivery services - We offer Saturday deliveries at no additional cost*, and rush deliveries when needed. (*This offer is region specific and may include extra charges. Please talk to an appliance expert for details)
- Customer pickup options - You have the option to pick up your appliance order at one of our designated centers nationally.
- Combined delivery and installation services - To save you time and the cost of scheduling a service company, we can perform a wide range of installation services at time of delivery. Our sales team will work with you to coordinate the services you require.

Installation Services
Coast offers a one stop solution with many installation services handled at the time of delivery. This saves you time and the cost of coordinating installation services with an outside service company. Your local Coast showroom sales team will be able to coordinate a seamless delivery and installation solution.

Appliance Removals
Coast Appliances’ delivery teams can help you dispose of older items. Once you have uninstalled the appliance, they’ll remove it and take it to our team to recycle it properly. For only $30.00 per appliance our sales team in-store can help you with this option, or you can add it to your cart while purchasing online.
On Site Moves
Did you purchase a new appliance but need to move the old one to the garage, or another room in the house? With this optional service our delivery team will do the heavy lifting for only $30.00 per appliance. Important to note that our team can only move existing appliances that are already disconnected/uninstalled.

Delivery Preparation Checklist:
Make sure your home is ready for delivery
Consider the following:
- Are there any road or delivery restrictions?
- Is your driveway complete?
- Are all the stairs complete and safe?
- Are all paths clear of snow, ice, mud, rocks and other material?
- Is there sufficient parking for our delivery trucks?
Our delivery companies deliver with the highest level of care, however, due to safety and liability issues they will not provide any extra floor protection. If you require extra floor protection inside your home, consider providing carpet runners or other materials such as taped-down cardboard. Avoid materials such as drop cloths or plastic sheets as they can cause an increased slip or trip hazard.
If appliances need to be taken apart and reassembled
If removing any piece of an appliance is necessary to get the unit into your home or into its designated area within the home, a fee will be charged. Please check with your local Coast Appliances product expert for more information.
Double-check contact information
Please double-check and confirm all delivery and contact information. If we deliver to an incorrect address, cannot contact you at the time of delivery, or if the delivery cannot be made or is delayed for any reason, additional charges may apply for wait times or additional deliveries.
Only disconnected and uninstalled appliances can be removed*
Please be aware that delivery drivers can do haul-away, but they do not uninstall, hook up or install appliances. You can arrange with your salesperson to have a professional installer provide these other services for you. The haul-away fee must be paid at the time of invoicing. *In some circumstances your delivery driver may be able to provide additional services. Please check with your sales agent for more details.
Before signing for your appliances
Before you sign the invoice, it’s very important that you confirm everything was received in good order, or you will not be able to claim any further damages. Make sure to inspect all appliances as well as your house for damage.

· To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code during checkout. Or finish an order for coupons automatically applied if you meet the promotions criteria.
· The same coupons are not necessarily valid in-store and online. Online coupons will be validated after applied to your cart/checkout if you meet the promotional criteria. While coupons in-store will be validated in-person by a sales associate.
